Todd Connor, CAA

  •  Todd Connor, born in Oklahoma has lived and painted most of his professional career in Montana. His love for nature and history sprang from a childhood in the outdoors, exploring and sleeping under the stars.

Once out of high school Todd joined the Navy. He served as a Navy Seal, Team 3, in Coronado, California and overseas.

After the Navy he received a BFA in Illustration from the prestigious ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California in 1997. He then worked as a color board painter for Universal Studios Japan theme park project. In 1999 Todd made the move to Montana and began painting full-time.

Living in Montana began an adventure of another kind. That of an artist immersing himself in the history of the great explorers along the Missouri River, the Rocky Mountains and the journey and symbolism of the American Cowboy.

His work is shown in the C.M. Russell Museum, where he has the honor of membership in the Russell Skull Society of Artists. He is also part of the permanent collection of the Briscoe Museum in San Antonio. In 2023 Todd fulfilled a lifelong dream and was inducted into the prestigious Cowboy Artists of America.
